That is when I found the new Envoy Visitor Management System (VMS). It was amazing to see how they have actually delivered what they promised. The product vision they had set out aligns with a modern lobby experience and is on point. The features it offers meets all of my security requirements and allows me to effortlessly welcome visitors. The ease of use provided by the Envoy VMS is something that I found noteworthy. The user interface is user intuitive and deploying it requires just a few clicks, with minimal effort. Further customizing and fine-tuning the environment through entry and exit restrictions is also possible. With regards to cost of ownership, the subscription costs are negligible, starting from the basic plan which is free. As for integration, Envoy VMS is designed to securely integrate with other popular systems and services available in the market. From authentication systems to video conferencing systems and more, each profile form is customizable. Therefore, all things considered, I rate the product a perfect 5 out of 5, as there could have been nothing better than the Envoy VMS.

The receptionist found it easy to use and the modern, straightforward interface made entry and exits easy and hassle free. Furthermore, I like the futuristic use cases that it can support, as it can recognize license plates for parking and can also integrate with facial recognition cameras, making it more secure and automated. The response time was also very impressive and reliable, in addition to the next-generation technology which was used for its implementation. I highly recommend Envoys Visitor Management Software and would rate it 4/5.

Weve been using Envoy Visitor Management Software for the past few months, and were extremely pleased with the results. Compared to some of the other visitor tracking systems out there, Envoy really stands out. Theyre an industry leader when it comes to using next-gen technology and providing futuristic use cases. One standout feature we use is the ability to issue virtual guest badges. This helps streamline the process since you dont have to wait in line to get a physical badge; and it helps keep the flow of traffic moving. Envoy Visitor Management Software Review 1 Rating: 2/5 Im a small business owner and was looking for a Visitor Management Software (VMS) to manage my visitor list. Envoy seemed to be a good choice but I wasnt sure. I have tried it and here is my review. Features:The product offers a wide range of features such as automated sign-in/sign-out, customizable greeting message and visitor badges, scheduling and entrance tracking, and employee safety. Although I found some of the features really useful like automated sign-in and the customizable greeting, I felt the product was missing some important features like integration with a visitor tracking system or data export options. Ease of Use: The UI/UX of the product is very intuitive and user-friendly. The feature set is however slightly complex and took some time to get used to. It was also hard to find help when I didnt know how to do something specific. Use of Next Generation Technology: The product is built by using latest technologies to ensure performance and security. It also has a mobile check-in system that makes it easier to track visitors. The recognition algorithms for visitors identification are good. However, the accuracy level needs to be improved when using mobile phones for check-ins. Overall, I would rate Envoys Visitor Management Software 2 out of 5. It has some good features and is quite intuitive to use, but its missing some advanced features and accuracy levels could be improved.

Setting up the system was easy, and their instructions were very clear and straightforward. The customer service has been great too, theyve been very helpful and willing to answer my questions. The mobile app has made it much simpler for visitors to sign in compared to the traditional method of signing in. We also love that we can create custom forms and customize our own legal documents. So far we havent encountered any issues. On top of all that, I really like the ability to monitor and track visitor activity. I can look back and see who came into the building and where they went, which is great for security. I wholeheartedly recommend Envoys Visitor Management Software. Its been a great addition to our system and its made signing in visitors much easier.

Envoy Visitor Management Software Review 1 Ease of Use: 8/10 Customer Service: 9/10 Ive had the chance to use Envoys Visitor Management Software for a few months now, and its far exceeded my expectations. Its super easy to set up cause they provide a modern user-friendly interface. Plus they have a great mobile app that my visitors can use which makes it even simpler to understand. Anytime I have a question, the support team is incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Theyre quick to respond too, which I appreciate. I also like that I can monitor and track visitor activity easily, plus the self-service Kiosk was easy to set up. My visitors appreciate the ease of use, and we rarely ever have any issues having them sign in. Overall, Im very satisfied with Envoys Visitor Management Software. Its a huge step up from the more traditional method of signing in. And the customer service is just icing on the cake. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone whos looking for an upgrade to their existing system.

My overall experience with ENVOY and their Visitor Management Software offerings has been far from enjoyable. To be precise, their pricing got me initially, as it looked quite attractive, however after adding on the customisation charges wrongly labelled as attractive, the price seemed anything but. As a result, their value for money was more than below average. Additionally, their product vision doesnt seem up to the mark neither. Weve been associated with them for the past couple of years but their lack of robust ideas going forward is rather concerning, and this is where they are suffering the brunt. For now, they need to find a way to come up with an innovative and bold vision to get them out of the woods. Lastly, the product features deeply disappoints. They have been more or less satisfactory but nothing that stands out, in terms of technicality and complexity. This is largely due to their limited product offerings, which is essentially the cause of their mediocrity. On that basis, I can only give them a fair rating. In conclusion, I would give ENVOYs Visitor Management Software offerings a mere 2 out of 5 rating. I am obviously unhappy with the pricing and value for money, accompanied by their product vision and product features. Unless they come up with something special and unique, it is hard to see them progress to the higher levels.

For starters, Ive got to say they offer an enticing price-point, which initially seemed great but there were a few hidden costs involved. If you seek more advanced customisations, youll have to fork out extra money to get them, making already costly add-ons even more expensive. This brings down my rating for the value for money brought forth by the product. Moving on, their product vision doesnt bring any more happiness to the table. Even though weve been associated with them for the past couple of years, nothing huge or significant has happened primarily due to them lacking a good product vision going forward. As a supplier partner for ENVOYs Visitor Management Software offerings, I have had mixed experiences with the product. Firstly, the main feature that draws customers towards the product, the price-point, are initially in line with other competitors, however, there are numerous charges for add-on customisations which seem really expensive, considering theres nothing very special in those features to justify the price. For me, the value for money is only moderate as I could have bought better products for that amount. Secondly, their product vision is also subpar. Weve been associated with them for more than two years now, and nothing significantly noteworthy has happened. Rather, I feel as if they lack a clear strategy going forward and lack the vision to go up the ladder with the product. If they want to succeed, they need to come up with a far better product vision. Last but not the least, their product features are alright, but nothing more than that. We were able to cover relatively basic features that satisfied customer requirements, however, not something part of their roadmap which was fantastic. This is largely due to their limited product offerings. On that note, its a little difficult to rate their product features, but Ill give a fair rating to be said. Overall, I wouldnt be able to rate ENVOYs Visitor Management Software offerings any higher than a modest 2 out of 5. While the price-point is enticing, it does not seem worth it if you require more advanced customisations and if ENVOY fail to come up with a better and bolder product vision.

As a supplier partner for ENVOYs Visitor Management Software offerings, I have unfortunately had a mostly poor experience with the product. First and foremost, their pricing initially looked rather attractive, however, their hidden charges for additional customisation made it anything but. As a result, their value for money was far below average, jarring the attractiveness of their initial price. Secondly, their lack of a visionary product was particularly concerning. I have been associated with them for more than two years and nothing major has happened which screams unbeatable solutions, quite the opposite. For ENVOY to succeed, they need to come up with a good product vision going forward; this could be their ticket out of jail. Lastly and unsurprisingly, their product features are also not up to the mark. We were able to complete basic requirements however, the technical complexity and complexity was relatively low. This is largely because of the limited product offerings, bringing down their overall rating for the product. To summarise, I would have to give ENVOYs Visitor Management Software offerings a mediocre 2 out of 5. While their initial price-points and number of customers may seem attractive, the add-on charges and lack of vision and product features are definitely off-putting and bring down their overall rating further.

Envoy Visitor Management Software Review 5 Ease of Use: 7/10 Customer Service: 8/10 Envoys Visitor Management Software has worked quite well for us. Setting up the system wasnt too bad, although I did need a bit of help from their customer service team. The team was highly knowledgeable and always willing to assist. I like that I can customize and edit documents for visitors to sign, and the mobile app makes it extremely convenient for visitors. Monitoring and tracking visitor activity particularly stands out to me. It provides me with valuable security information and also gives me an idea of how many visitors were having a day. Ultimately, I think Envoys Visitor Management Software is a great option. Sure, it took a bit of time to set up, but their customer service team made the process less intimidating. On top of that, the internal tracking capability is great.

Envoy Visitor Management Software Review 2 Rating: 3/5 I recently implemented Envoys Visitor Management Software for my business and wanted to share my experience with it. Features: Envoy has some great features such as digital forms, automated check-in and check-out processes, digital visitor badges and customizable visitor greetings. I found that most of the features worked well and were quite intuitive to use. Some additional features I would have liked are a better reporting system and integration with other CRMs or visitor tracking systems. Ease of Use: Envoy offers a great user-interface and is easy to navigate. You can quickly set up the system and get going. The only issue I faced was finding help/support when I couldnt find how to do something. Use of Next Generation Technology: As far as performance and security are concerned, Envoy uses the latest technology and its quite reliable. It also had an add-on for mobile check-ins and it works quite well. But recognition algorithms used for the checking in still need to be improved. Overall, I would rate Envoys Visitor Management Software 3 out of 5. It has some good features, however, some more features and better accuracy levels are needed to get the most out of the product.

The Envoy VMS couldnt have been more suitable for my needs. The product features give a very advanced level of visitor control, making sure that visitors are thoroughly verified before allowing them entry. This factor is of immense importance for me as important data and documentation need to be kept safe from third parties. The Envoy VMS is extremely easy to use. The kiosk simply requires every visitor to enter their name and the purpose of their visit. Further details about the visit, which too can be easily filled in if required, can be automated. The affordability of the Envoy VMS is also praiseworthy. I never knew that I can own a VMS that comes at such a reasonable cost. For just a few dollars per visitor, I was able to get a software that operates without any glitch. This apart, the software can be easily integrated into most of the popular third-party systems. It just takes a few steps to get the software up and running with my other systems. This is a huge plus, as you dont need to make any kind of significant change. Overall, I rate the Envoys VMS 5 out of 5 stars, such is its exceptional ability to bring more value to our visitors.

Envoy has made it easy for us to track visitors, manage meeting rooms and even set up customized check-in processes. Whats really impressed us is the softwares innovation and use of next-generation technology. For example, it offers a unique Bluetooth-based proximity check-in process and has a number of integrations with platforms like Slack and G Suite. Additionally, the user interface is quite intuitive and simple to use. We reckon that this makes a huge difference for us when it comes to dealing with visitors at scale. All in all, Envoys visitor management software has proven to be a great solution for our small business!

. Review #1 We recently implemented Envoys Visitor Management Software at our multinational company and its been an amazing experience! The software has been highly innovative and was easy to set up. It automated a job that used to take us days to complete in only hours. Were even able to use our iPads for signing people in at our lobby, which has made it incredibly convenient for visitors as well. The interface is so user-friendly that the receptionist was able to quickly learn how to use the software. They didnt have prior experience with this type of system, but within an hour were able to navigate and use the system with ease. We also appreciate how secure and organized Envoys system is. It makes sure were aware of who enters the building and keeps a check-in-check-out log of our visitors. It even issues badges with peoples picture and notification messages when visitors try to enter restricted areas theyre not allowed in. Overall, were very happy with this product and can confidently report that implementing Envoys Visitor Management Software was a great experience and would highly recommend it to other multinational companies. In my opinion, their software is easy to use and navigate. I am particularly impressed by their user interface which is intuitive and simple to learn. During the demonstration, I observed that all the view and edit tabs have been incorporated thoughtfully and have been designed to work together seamlessly. Although the setup process was somewhat lengthy, I felt it was very worth it. Overall, the software is simple enough to be used by less software savvy personnel, while providing enough options to those with more IT experience. Im giving this software a 4/5 for ease of use.

Having worked with ENVOYs Visitor Management Software offerings for a few years now, I would have to be honest with the experience Ive had. Firstly and foremost, the product has a rather attractive price tag onwards, initially pulling potential customers in. However, the additional charges that come with customising the product goes beyond justification, furthering the payment amount. On the value for money aspect, I would give ENVOY an average score. When it comes to their product vision, there is not much to be said as ENVOY seems to have taken a sizeable step backwards. I cannot remember any development in the past which screams unbeatable solutions, rather it has been quite the opposite. Unless ENVOY come with something unique and feasible, it will be difficult to progress. Finally, the product features have been fairly satisfactory, nothing special or unique but still provided customers with some decent solutions. Although, I do not think this was due to their innovative product offerings, but more so their limited portfolio. As a result, I can only rate them a fair 3 out of 5 for their product features. To conclude, I would have to give ENVOYs Visitor Management Software offerings an average 2.5 out of 5. That being said, while they offer an interesting price-point upon buying the product, they lack in the value for money and product vision section, accompanied by limited product features which ultimately brings down their overall rating.

5. Im extremely happy with my switch to Envoy Visitor Management System! As a frequent user of such software, I have to say that their support team is extremely prompt and knowledgeable, which I think is the most important feature of a good system. Not to mention the cost of ownership is quite reasonable and the system excels in interoperability. Thats to say it is easily integrated with existing systems without requiring several changes or cost. The product vision they have laid out makes sense and theyve focused on offering the best security to my visitors and personnel. The features are quite versatile and cover everything from managing and checking visitor identities, sending notifications in real-time, and restricting access as needed. Not only that, but the software itself is also quite easy to use. The entire entry and check-in process can be done within seconds and done from any mobile device or from designated kiosks that can be easily set up near the entrance. The cost of ownership of the Envoy VMS is also very low, with its basic features offered for free and additional features coming at just a few dollars per visitor. Moreover, its ability to integrate with other services provides more customization options as per my needs. This level of interoperability makes it plainly easy to configure and to work with my pre-existing systems without any need of making any changes. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would rate it a perfect score of 5 out of 5.

But after using Envoys Visitor Management System (VMS), I am amazed at what an easy and seamless experience I have had. Their product vision, as they envision it, is clearly visible from the product itself. Envoy has re-imagined how visitor management should be and created a global standard for in-person lobbies. They provide several features that make the entire process intuitive and user friendly. The sign-in process for me and my visitors has become entirely automated, making it easy for anyone to use the software and get started almost immediately. Furthermore, the kiosk can run on tablets or touchscreen terminals, and the user interface is modern and interactive. The Envoys VMS is pretty affordable as far as cost of ownership is concerned. I found that I would need to hardly spend around just $1.50 per visitor, and that is attractive. What I particularly appreciate is their commitment to open standards and third-party systems. Their software allows to assign roles and custom access control, which makes it highly interoperable and integrates tight with my other systems. Overall, the innovation of Envoys VMS is something that I appreciate and I feel it warrants a perfect score of 5 out of 5.
